question about injecting in glutes

hello im 29 yrs old male just started my test Cypionate cycle first cycle ever.
i shoot about 4 days ago 500mgs in my left glute.after 2 days it started hurting and it still does.all the proper techniques were used while injecting and the gear is all real. what happened? pls help im still sore thanks

500mgs= 2 ml used a 25g 1 1/2 needle

why did you shoot it all at once instead of breaking it into twice a week which would be 1ml shots. 2mls is going to hurt becuase your shocking your muscles by adding oil to them stretching connective tissue inwhich its not used to having anything in. Thats where the term virgin muscle came from, its be fine jsut monitor it and make sure that there are no signs of infection.

man the guy who shoots me up is only there once a week sucks so shall i rotate the apot every week.also i hear a lot of people talking about warming up the oil is that important?

isnt it ok to do 500mg for the first 2 injections for the purpose of frontloading

So you are depending on some guy to do your injections?

First of all you need to start doing your own and not depending on someone to do them for you (most of the time they dont knwo what the hell they are doing anyways.)

First is he aspirating?

Second, is he shooting in 1 spot the 2ml per week?

Third, you need to rotate injeciton sites (Ive seen many videos and peopel shooting once a week in the same spot over and over and it will usually develop too much scar tissue which would make it hard to push in and usually hurt a lot more.)

Learn to do it yourself, its very easy. Is he the one who has the gear, if so is there a proper PCT in place, any type of anti-e's in case of gyno or other unwanted estrogen related signs?

k sounds good nope he is not the one i got gear from just helping me out he has been shooting for 4 yrs.i do have a good pct planned for 3 weeks with nolva and clomid.
also im taking letrozole eod 1.25mg
