Guys I always wanted to know abou this and here is the best place to ask....
Well im on a cycle right now and a lot of people tell me that i cant drink alcohol at all......And some other people say that, there is no problem. so u can or cant drink and what ll happen if u drink???My case i drink only when i go out......When also with the GH thats my case Is there any problem taking that and drinkin ?????

If any one know a answer for that please let me know..... Thankss

orals can be toxic on the liver.....if you're taking orals i would minimize drinking.....

Depends on your goals..drinking will definitely affect your gains, your ability to workout and what you eat..plenty of people drink while on and plenty dont

Having a FEW drinks is fine, but don't overdo it. You're not cycling just to maintain your mass while getting wasted time after time LOL.

If you're using orals I would not drink at all cause your liver values will allready be sky high.

I still drink while on cycle but i keep it 2a minimum..Honestly i dont wanna drink when im on cause it makes me more focused on whats important 2me...but depending on how much ur on and if u are on orals cant say ur def all set..generally i wouldnt worry about havin sum drinks on the wkends..

Just dont take the piss drinking heavily and getting your self destroyed. To much alcohol increases estrogen and lowers test. I mean a night out once in a while is ok just dont get absolutly shit faced!

Ive gotten absolutely shit faced on cycle and it didnt do shit. Next day sucks, hungover, lack of appetite, etc... but it wont kill u.

Do what you want, but i like to get the most for my money and hard work. I can go out and have a blast without walking to the bar every 5 min.

BTW im very proud of you that u can have a "blast" without walking to the bar "...every 5 minutes.."...However I tend to walk to the bar every 23.3 minutes while still maintaining full "blastage".

Getting shitfaced even once in a while will be counterproductive to what your trying to do.

Alcohol lowers your test levels while increasing estrogen normally in a intoxicated state. So why do you get horny when your drinking??? Its becuase your body is trying to bring your test levels back up by secreating Leutinizing Hormone (LH) which is just as responsible for arousal as test is. This however cannot be down due to the alchohol reducing testosterone levels at the Leydig cell, not the pituitary, so the LH is ineffective in raising testosterone levels (we all know that while on synthetic tesosterone your natty test wont be affected, but on a high dose of an exogenious form of testosterone the aromatization rate will be increased due to alcohol increasing the aromatization of androgens to estrogen....which inturn can lead to unwanted estrogen related sides.). Also noted is that IGF1 levels drop by nearly half which we all know that IGF1 is very important when building muscle.

Not too mention the empty calories that alcohol provides, lack of hunger due to hangover the next day, binging after a night of drinking at the local sh*t diner, and KILLING your workout the next day. It usually would take me 2-3 days to recover from drinking heavily for ONE night.


Yes its fun to get drunk and hit on ugly girls all night (dont even deny it!) BUT the truth is that it does hurt you from gaining the weight you want from using AAS and eating a proper diet. You spend countless amounts of time, money, energy to get where your at and then you want to ruin it by drinking and having fun. I am against this from personal experience. Last cycle i drank very heavy for 5 days straight during PCT due to me leaving to go to AZ. Well, that personal experience left me with all the money i spent for the cycle down the drain. I maybe kept very little do to my ignorance on alcohol. And as stated, leave it to your less-counterproductive counterparts.

these alcohol threads always end up the same way..some people come on here and preach alcohol and bodybuilding dont mix and others say drink in moderation and you'll be fine, just realize it can affect your gains..honestly will it kill ya no..will it affect your gains..really depends on how often you partake in it..once a week on a cheat day, probably not..doing it daily..thats a different story..then there are the other people that dont drink, but they are partaking in "other" substances which we cant discuss on this board..ultimately it just comes down to your goals..hey its your body you can do whatever you want to it

i agree 100%, although some don't, and thats why i say in moderation......i'm in this game to be disgustingly big and alcohol isn't helping me with those goals
