syringe size for fina conversion

syringe filter size for conversion probably a whatman or something similar what size should I use? .22 or .45

cmon guys I know tons of you out there know the answer to this.

45 whatman and two 18gauge needles. one to suck and one to vent. make sure you have 2 filters because they sometimes will get clogged. you will also need a 10 or 20cc syring to suck the fina up

Will I see a big difference between the two.

you can use either one for fina but i perfer the 45
