Guys my first cycle is near completion.

Test-E/EQ 500/600 for 12 weeks
HCG/Nolva planned for PCT

Like I have said in other posts, I want to use Winny for cutting - but I am kinda confused about it.

My other quesiton is....

How long to wait before starting my 2nd bulking cycle? Whats a good recommendation for a 2nd cycle taking the info from above into consideration?

was the cycle above your first cycle? if you did a 12 week cycle then you should wait between 12-15 weeks until your next cycle.

Yes that was my first cycle...

I was thinking waiting til like september to start my 2nd bulking one

so are you going for a bulking cycle right now? cause Eq can be used in both cutting and bulking, depending on your diet of course...but when your talking about winny I'm assuming your cutting no?

I was going for a FIRST cycle. i decided test e and eq... i am pleased with the results.. enough size - lots of strength - and minor fat...

i want to integrate winny now to cut - but i am looking and it looks like people are starting it at the end of their cycles which i have not porovisioned for..

just lookin for ideas..

I would drop the Winny idea...you've been on your cycle for 12 weeks, you should probably look at coming off everything and starting your PCT...if you did your cycle right you shouldn't have much problems with excess fat, and your water retention shouldn't be too bad, the nolv should help in taking care of some of the water retention you may have required...as for cutting i'm sure your thinking for the summer, but i wouldn't try to squeeze a cutting cycle in before you you start a 2nd bulking cycle...or i'd wait 2 months before a cutting cycle, and bump the bulking cycle back a month or so.
