New Need Some Advice
Started a cycle a while ago started to get great gains then stoped lifting and running and started drinkin and eating wrong went from 150 to 195 in a few weeks. I'm gonna get a new cycle and i really could use some help on what kind of cycle i should get. Thanks for the help.

bro, you shouldnt really do a cycle until your more disiplined. what makes you think you will stick with it this time?

You need to hit the diet forum and read. Gear is not for you at this stage. you have lots to learn.

i got the drinking undercontorl and srated lifting again basically made lifting my life. I spend about 2 hours a day in the gym and i can not stand to gain that much weight again.

Diet is the real key to any great cycle. Do some reading. Decide your goal and find the right diet to fit. Don't jump in before you know what you may or may not hit.

at youre age and stats, you need to learn to eat..youve got plenty of room to grow naturally
