very very slight gyno

I am 39 5'7" 210 Liftin for 12 years. I have 4 and 3/4 cycles nder my belt. I have 6 weeks to go till pct on a test E 500mg a week. I kicked it offf with 40 mg of dbol . Three weeks ago I had a slight sensetive left nipple. Now There is a very slight lump about the size of a pinhead.The lump is off to the side off the nipple not in the center. The
question is should I treat it or keep going and pct should take care off it?????

Im thinking that you have already been taking letro as you like it. This is a reason I do not like letro as it is TOO strong resulting in estrogen rebound when getting off of it.

Should have jumped on something to take care of it then but now its a little late. Id get either adex or letro and start that so the estrogen is not feedin the gyno anymore then it already is now. The once off cycle and recovered run the gyno reversal if its not gone by then.

Personally ive used the nolvadex while on cycle trying to control itch/sensative nips possible gyno but that didnt do crap. An AI would work better to be honest as it blocks the aromatase enzyme which in turn stop estrogen from feeding the gyno thats already there. If your worried about sacrificing gains, start with the nolva at 20mgs per day and see how that works dropping it to 10mgs when symptoms subside. If you want to use letro, start at a low dose .25mg per day and up it a bit if its not doing anything. Too much letro and youll be counterproductive to building muscle. Letro will actually start to starve the gland from estrogen basically stopping the gyno from growing and eventually shrinking it (gyno reversal protocol). Be careful tho as whne you stop letro you can have an estrogen rebound wich will bring back up your gyno again.

I did want to kill my gains. And the lump is very small

just use a small amount of letro it works trust me and when you start your pct stop the letro and run your nolva and clomid for 4 weeks
