test/deca question

i started deca on its own and was told that u need some form of test along with it. i was planning on injecting 200 mg of deca a week for 12 weeks, but i found test to save my cycle. iv only been on the deca for a week and am geting the test in a few days. how many mgs of test cypenate do u recommend a week and how long should i take it. should i stop it before or after the deca ends

175 6'1 21 years old and i took dianabol one time for 8 weeks 20 mgs a day about 8 months ago.

test 500mg/week 1-12 (split into 2 shots per week)
pct starts 2 weeks after last test c shot.
what is your pct?

rite now i was planning on taking 20 mg of nolvadex a day for 3weeks, 2 weeks after last shot. i know that wont cut it. what do u suggest i take along with the nolvadex.
