you shouldnt be worried about your receptors instead you should worry about maintaining normal homore levels for a while and not putting your body through extra stress. eventually if you continued this i would think it would lead to HRT, but i am no doctor. but like jacked said time off=time on + pct is a good rule to go by.

Agreed. I wouldnt do anymore cycles if i were. You are going to do damage to your body.

Its not as simple as you think it is.

    Above in bold.

When you say you just stopped, i hope you did PCT.

Did you?? My guess from your first post is that you did not.

How long has your training and diet been spot on?

Did you do PCT after you stopped?

So that means 2nd cycle starts after PCT for 1st cycle ends?

What happens if you wait 2-3 months for 2nd cycle?Obiously protein intake would be high to maintain.

You got me a little confused jackdup lol

If i understand what your saying correctly you've misunderstood. They're not talking about the length of time you do pct, they're talking about the length of time you need to wait from pct finishing until you start a new cycle.

    Just to state the obvious

    eg

    Time on cycle 10 weeks

    PCT 4 weeks

    10+4=14

You need to wait 14 weeks from the end of PCT until you start your next cycle.

you lost me bro, who said ''time on = pct time''? time on + pct = time off, so if someone ran a 12 week cycle, then a 4 week pct, they would thentake an additional 16 weeks off after pct before another cycle.
