    How long to wait when transitioning from PH cycle to AAS cycle ?

    Is it time on PH + PCT = time off or should you wait even longer to make sure you get the most out of your AAS cycle ?

    depends on the PH. if its 1-ad/ 4ad i would wait the length of the cycle.

    if its a designer steroid like superdrol, pheraplex, m1t. i would wait time and a half of that cycle.

    I'm thinking of waiting 10-12 weeks after I finish my PCT of pheraplex to start an AAS cycle. I hope that's good enough.

    yes that is absolutely good enouph. how long will your pct be? i think you would be fine to start 4-6 weeks after your pct but hell, 12 would be better!

    Time on + PCT = time off. PH or AAS.

    They are hormones your taking and to get everything back in check its the standard rule of thumb.

    4 weeks. I want to maximize my gains from the AAS cycle so I'll wait as long as I can.

    ok so just wait 8 weeks and you should be good, get bloodwork done to make sure because that will be the final word.
