    Test C and deca, how many injections a week?

    Can i do Test C once a week, and Deca once a week?

    what would be ideal?

    Yes you can but it wouldnt be "ideal"

    You want to keep blood/hormone levels stable and in doing so you want to shoot each of them twice a week. Shooting once a week will create more sides.

    Combine them in one syringe and shoot it every 3.5 days.

    yes,,,every 5-7 days is fine with those compounds.
