    New to all this... need some help!

    hey guys, i recently become interested in bulking up. I am 5'9 140 right now.... Please PM me or give me some advice on which route i should go.

    No need for pm's, your problem is 100% diet related. Head to the diet section and read the posts at the top on bulking diets and diets for hard gainers, they will solve your problem.

    Hey Sockerty,

    Like big said check out the diet section for some advice. Gotta up the calories, I know it can be hard, try and add a couple of smaller meals inbetween your regular ones, if you still find that difficult ( i know it can be when your busy) try taking 2 or 3 protein shakes through the day. Also your appetite will increase if you keep to a good training routine. You should be able to put on around 15 pounds in a couple of months.
