Im looking at 40mgs of var a day w/500mgs test and 500mgs deca.Do u take the var all at once or split it up threw out the day ? And has anyone else did this cycle or anything similar ?if so what results did u get and do u have any recommendations ?

That is a good cycle.
Run the test one week after the Deca and the var 2 weeks past the test.
