220lbs, 25, ?bf, working out 3 years,
The only steroid I have ever took was Russian D-bol over a year ago and I did see some good effects, I'm looking at putting on some mass, and am looking at running 40mg/day d-bol @ 4 weeks to kick start, and from week 1-12 running 500mg test e, or I was considering running the 40mg/day d-bol @ 4 weeks,1-12 test @ 500mg/week and 200mg/week Deca. Does anyone have any advise??
Week 14 I will also do some pct. Thanks!!
