    ok what you guys think about anavar?

    ok what you guys think about anavar ? i was thinking about anavar tabs to drop some fat i already cant eat any better than i am now and i do alot for cardi0 and weights throught out the week so far i have droped 70lb of fat sience last year and was thinking now trying a cuting cycle i tryed whinny and my ass is still sore as shit i know i sound like a puss but i just dont think pins are for me i also tryed the tabs and it messed up my intestens put me in the hospital so i was thinking anavar tabs what you guys think???

    well i guess its not alot but about 30 mins a day after i do weights

    i would increse cardio if i was you and do cardio only sessions, because when doing cardio after weights you put less effort in. active recovery is a good way to cut down weight. eg every off day do 1-2 hours cardio. long distances and long times are best ways to burn fat. as with anavar i understand it is very good for cutting and has a rep of most users being able to keep the weight lost off after the cycle. is known to do the least damage to your liver (out of oral test) otherwise im dont know that much more. personally i go the other way (gain weight). but defenitly increase cardio if your trying to burn fat and maybe lift weights with a higher intesity (keep heart rate up) to get more fat burn. maybe one of the more expenced guys knows more

    you could also look into some natrual suppements, thermojetics mabye?
