and is 300mg a week of the sustanon 250 good to start?

Got my Anavar today...
PCT will be nolvadex.

I have 5mg tabs and was told to take 40mg to start.
20mg in the morning and 20mg in the late afternoon

Do you think that 40mg is enough to start? and should i split the dosing?

40mg is good start,,split AM/PM,,,creatine works very well while on ANAVAR use some daily
