Gear increases hypnic jerk?
I thought I'd post my experience and see if anyone has had the same observation.
A hypnic jerk is perfectly harmless and normal thing that happens to many people. When you're falling asleep, you experience a falling sensation and your leg will twitch or jerk you awake. About 70% of people have experienced this at some time.
Anyway, this would happen to me rarely---maybe twice a year. However, since I've started my cycle, it's been happening to me about two or three times a week. I can't think of any variable that I've introduced other than the gear that would account for this. I'm thinking it has something to with increased muscle fatigue (if you read about hypnic jerk, you will see what I'm talking about).
I'm not worried about it and I know it's not a big deal, but just wanted to see if anyone else had experienced this.

Now you mention it I think I am the opposite. I usually get that most nights when I am falling asleep but I don't recall ever having it on cycle.

When you're on cycle, you are growing. As a result, your body is repairing and strengthening your CNS. With a stronger CNS, your mind-to-muscle connection is getting stronger and or developed. You are able to lift more weight during your next workout as a result. For this reason, its critical to rest plenty between high-resistance training. Your CNS always heals itself before it heals your torn muscle. Most peeps don't realize this and it always leads to one of many issues: over-training, atrophy, plateaus, and injury. Make sure you take a week or 2 off after pct to allow your body to restore itself and it will help you maintain your gains.

same stuff happens to me. def attributed to resistance training, but personally cant make a call if gear magnifies the frequency of occurances or not

No. Keep your calories high and rest. 6-8-10+ weeks of being on cycle taxes your body heavily. Your CNS will not grow as fast as your muscles on cycle, and it needs more time to catch up. Ever noticed that you'll recover well from a cycle with a good pct and then see your strength start to taper in the weeks to come? Remember, you dont grow in the gym.
