Has anyone had the sides from DNP actually DECREASE over the course of using it without changing the dosage. I just finished my second week of DNP at 500 mg crystal (400) a day. The first three days I took 750 (600) to get started. This is my third time running dnp.
The plan was to run three weeks at 500/day. The first week I was sweating like a stuck pig. Going into the second week the sides got even more extreme. In fact, I would normally take my second pill right before bed and just sweat through the night. I would have to sleep in pants and a shirt so my bed wouldn't get soaked and I would keep a spare shirt by the bed. Three or four times through out the night I would get up and change shirts so the sweaty one could dry off and my sheets wouldn't get so wet. Anyways, about half way through the second week all the sides started to drop off. I started sweating less ( I wouldn't even need to change my shirt at night), my workouts started getting better, and I really felt good during the day. Sides weren't completely gone, just diminished.
All the dnp was from the same batch so I don't think the quality has changed. Also, weight loss (as far as the scale is concerned) has stopped.
This really goes in contrast to what I have read and experienced about dnp sides. Usually don't they get worse as you go on. In fact, when you talk about how long to run dnp, it is usually 2-3 weeks or until the sides force you to stop.
From what I have read and from experience, it seems dnp works better the more fat you have. In this last week I hit 9% body fat (from one of those scales with the hand grips) and am 180 pounds, the lightest I have been in quite some time. I could see why having lower body fat, the scale would start moving slower but would this also account for the drop in sides?
Any thoughts? By the way, I think I am gonna bump it up to 750 (600) for the last week and try to get that burn back.
