injection ?

i was reading the 25 step injection tek and ame across this

22. Holding the syringe steady, inject the steroid steadily and slowly by depressing the plunger until all of the steroid is injected. The air bubble in the syringe should follow the steroid and will “pack” the steroid down into your muscle. There will be a slight a “pop” as the bubble leaves the syringe.

any one have any info on using an air bubble, im curious to as how big of a bubble .25ml bubble? and this pop sound make me think of pain,will it cause pain and or damage to muslcle by injecting air?

could they have meant after aspirating? thats how u would get some bubbles in there

and i dont remember any "pop" when i injected

The air bubble is from aspirating, IMO theres no "pop" just stick needle in, apsirate (if no blood) then slowly inject, pretty easy

how much oil would you say is left in needle after injecting?

and they are talking about purposfully putting a small air bubble in before aspirating to push all the juice out of the syringe imo it is a good idea

You push all of the air bubbles out of the syringe b4 injecting, however, when you aspirate an air bubble will come into the syringe if you're not in a vein. There shouldn't be any oil left in the synringe, maybe a drop.

I may be off slightly but I experimented with this once and it's roughly .1ml left in the needle and it does add up. If you run for example a 12 weeker shooting 2x/week that's 24 shots x .1 = 2.4ml wasted. I've tried the air bubble method before but it didn't help much.

just keep it simple,draw the oil ,swap pin ,push oil thu new pin let a drop role down pin,push pin in musale ,aspirate ,no blood=inject nice and slow...easy...
