I just started a cycle with Sus and Deca ..What do I do, do I take deca one day and Sus the other or do I stackin them both in the same syringe or do I take one week deca and the second week sus ..Dose anyone know this answer ...Mr confused ..

seems to me you know very little about AAS and shouldnt be messing around with it tell you do more research.

you started a cycle and you dont even know when to take your shots?

first of all, what are your stats?

age
bf%
height
pct/ancillary knowlege?

to answer your question (i have to say you probably shouldnt be even using steroids if you have to ask this question)

some like to shoot sust ed due to the prop ester, others shoot it e3.5d or once a week.

deca should be shot e3.5d

i would just shoot every 3.5 days loading both compounds into the syringe.

answer the questions i asked beforehand as well.

oh my god man. i wouldve expected this from a 18 yo but ur 36, cmon bro. u dont know anything so its gonna take a while to get u informed im gonna help u wit some parts and hopefully others will help u wit other parts cuz this could take days.

with prop in the sus it wise to shoot eod but some prefer not too. try readn up on a cycle some more. ur runnin a basic cycle so you should be able to find plenty

I posted in your other thread, think you should have a look at it.

You have large rooms for improvement in knowledge behind AAS. They are not magic beans in anyway shape or form. It seems you are too eager to use them without having any proper knowledge behind the substances you will be injecting into your body. These are powerful hormones and you need to read up on them before you become another statistic to steroid abuse . We are all here to answer your quesitons and help but please save the steroids until you know exactly what you are doing and what you are putting into your body!

use the deca twice a week, and the same for ur sust. sust is best when injected more frequent but i dont think ur ready for that yet. so inject mondays and thursdays.

next thing u gotta know is the strength of ur gear. this is usually written on the gear. sust usually comes in 250mg/ml and deca is usually 200-250mg/ml.

its true like u said, on the syringe it says ml not mg. so 1 ml of sust would give u 250mg of sust. 2 ml of sust would give u 500mg. did u follow? its simple math. 1ml=1cc its the same thing but wit different names.

a pct is what u follow up ur cycle wit. why is it done u may wonder? its to restore ur body's natural levels and gettin u to feelin "normal" again. i would recommend a SERM and an AI of ur own choice for pct. ur probably wondering wtf are SERMs and AIs so let me direct u to the PCT section. read the stickies in the pct section, diet section and Q&A section.

study this shit, read up trust me u'll feel better when u cycle. at least u'll know what the hell ur doing haha. good luck bro

Yes, due to less frequent injections (only twice per week {every 3.5 days}) which will make things a lot easier for you. Have you looked at PCT? What areas are you going to be pinning? Have you read up on proper injection techniques? Have you read about infections, cysts, scar tissue?
