    Solid Gains

I know many times I see threads on what is the best overall or your favorite AAS.

I know many of you guys have years of experience under your belt and was curious...

What compounds do you feel yielded easy to manage and 'keepable' gains?

Do you feel that 'weaker' compounds such as Var, Primo, Eq, or Tbol gains are easier to keep because of less supression and milder gains.

    OR

Do you think the big boys such as Dbol , Drol, Tren , Deca are easier to handle because of the sheer amount of gains they yield and take a hit in your HTPA function and still net a nice gain/loss ratio?

Maybe you even think that they are all equal and it depends solely on your PCT, diet, and training regimen.

I have read for a long time but I always hear about people 'keeping' Var gains or "I lost all my Dbol gains" and is it just illusions, such as bloat coming off or is there really something to it?

Seems like there are lines drawn and this is what I see:

Keepers: Primo, EQ, Masteron , Winny, Var, Tbol, (Prop & Sust)

Bulls: Deca, Tren, Drol, Dbol, (Enth & Cyp)

I found deca is the best for keeping gains, for me at least. DHTs(e.g. var/winny/primo) are good keepers too but you don't really put on much muscle with them just get ripped.

I think a lot of it depends on the person and their body's ability to recover after a cycle. Even with PCT some people lose gains in which others would keep. You see many people run dbol cycles and have good gains even though it is something I would not advocate. Also a lot of people run your "bulls" and put on a lot of water weight in which once lost, the user feels is muscle lost and not water.

    A good PCT is key.

I really believe size gains can be kept with an aggressive PCT.

I've noticed that size gains seem to stick around moreso than strength.

Which is fine, since most of us here are interested in bodybuilding...
