need to know what this medicine/nasal spray is called

hey guys this isnt exactly an AAS, but it helps with the CNS. I read about this nasal spray which acts as an anti-diuretic (sp) on another board (forgot the board and the name of the spray). From what i remember it started with 'v' and well im mainly interested in the CNS properties (doing really sh!tty in school right now). Anyways i hope someone can help. I know its not alot of info.

im on something called fluticasone propionate. its supposed to be against allergies. it has a big organge cap and the spray itself smells like flowers when u use it. not sure about the one u mentioned though.. sorry
