supplements: Haladrol liquigels (gaspari)
Multi (gnc sport)
fish oil
BCAA (aminovol)
Lucine (leukic)
Beta-Alanine (premier fitness)
fat burner (Bio-burn Dht)
creatine (concret)
protein (isopure, 100% whey, Nitro tech, basically anything i can get my hands on) will alternate obviously
weight gainer....to be taken in the middle of the night and breakfast (true mass, isomass extreme, and Masstech) will alternate obviously
nitric oxide...again i like to change it up (nano vapor, black powder, no explode, muscle rush, altered state, NO3 overload)
vitamin c buffered 1000mg (4 a day)
Goal obviously MASSSSSSS!
ok so to the questio now lol for the cycle
i wanted to know if its ok if i front load the cycle and do it like this
week 1
SUNDAY:test e 375mg deca 200mg EQ 400mg
WEDNESDAY: test e 375mg deca 200mg
then for the rest of the weeks
SUNDAY: test e 250mg deca 200mg EQ 400mg
WEDNESDAY: test e 250mg deca 200mg
what im really asking is whether or not Im shooting to much at one time on SUNDAY in one pin
