question while on bulking cycle

this isnt really a question about a bulking cycle but sort of it... i just got a fresh tattoo of an eagle with its wings spread across my back and my name in black letters going down my left arm....would that tattoo stretch??? or would they stay the same?>???? need help this is while on deca /dbol / sus cycle

I have around six and they are alright, the one on my shoulder looks like it moved cause my shoulders have gotten bigger but it only noticable to me.
