Stupid Cycle Timing Question..

Ran Test E for 12 weeks.

Waited 2 weeks to begin PCT.
My PCT involves:
Nolva daily & Arimidex bidaily.

I am now 3 weeks into my PCT (so almost a month and a half from my last pin).

Overall, how long do I have to wait before I can begin my next cycle?
...which will be Test E & Equipoise. (hair loss resistant cycle )
