Help a friend of mine with puffy nipples

So my friend has been off of aas for about a year now and he did take proper PCT when he was done. But, he has puffy nipples and is embarrassed to take off his shirt. What can he do to help his issue?

His last cycle was
Test E 750ml ew
Deca 500ml ew

PCT was clomid, nolva from upper right banner.

So how long should he take it for? Until he see's improvement?

tell him to take 20mg of nolva everyday, nipples should clear up in a week or so
either way I'd use the nolva for atleast 2 weeks

Well he said that he lost some weight since his last cycle and its more noticeable now than before.

he lost some weight huh? maybe his PCT wasn't aggressive enough, has he had any bloodwork done?

He hasn't gotten any bloodwork done. I also thought that his pct wasn't aggressive. But, he said he knew what he was doing and now he is asking me for advise go figure.lol

If I were him, I'd go and get some bloodwork done, see where his hormone levels are at...or just go ahead and run another PCT, this time with some Nolva, and Clomid for atleast 3 or 4 weeks

Thx Aaron I will let him know. I have some extra pct left over which I will probably give to see if it works. I am currently running a sustaplex and decaplex cycle now and just did my first shot on Monday. Whoo hoo I am so siked. Just thought I would throw that in. lol

Letrozole,,Nolvadex or see a surgeon.

nolvadex doesn't reverse gyno therefore it is worthless for him... he needs letro
