Adex even at .50 ed did not help with my gyno symptoms...so is it safe to says its not worth using for pct? And since I will be using letro on cycle to control the symptoms I know there is an estrogen rebound when coming off letro how would I use nolva to avoid that?

adex didnt work for me either but I waited till the symptoms started which is too late. adex takes a while to kick in. I moved to letro for the remainder of the cycle and even used it through pct. Worked for controlling gyno but towards the end i felt like shit. Many swear by aromasin. I will be going that route next cycle during and after.

Firstly, A-dex wouldn't have helped regardless of when you took it...it's just too weak.

When choosing your team of anti-gyno agents be sure to exclude anastrozole, a.k.a. arimidex from the line-up. Multiple studies have shown that it is ineffective in fighting gyno and/or breast cancer alone or in conjunction with other drugs (Dowsett M, 1999).

Secondly, why are you waiting for the cycle to commence therapy? Start it now, then during and after, but if you choose Mase reduce it during cycle because it'll SURELY hinder gains.
