Injection Soreness Help!

I just started a new cycle of Equipoise with Test. Just looking for some good quality muscle gain, 5-10 lbs. Wanted to do a easy mild cycle. After 1st injection my site got extremely sore (3 days now), looks hypertrophied and still has a red swollen color. Anyone ever experienced this before. Injection technique critiques? Might have gone too fast. My buddy said it is from either bacteriocide or benz alcohol. Its so sore it makes it hard to sleep and causes a limp when I walk. Help!

Very very common, I think you could have easily done a search on it. But let me be the first to say welcome to the board, hope your stay is long and fruitful. BTW take some advil and rub the shit out of it. Next shot should not be nearly as painful as your muscle gets uses to it.

my first shot was in my quad and it hurt like hell for a good week and I was walking alittle funny. Then the second shot was in the other quad and there was no pain at all. On teh second one I went about 1/4 inch deeper and injected slower.

I took a shot of sustanon on Monday and I am still limping, 5 days later
