About training i do
Mon- Chest/Shoulders/Bicep
Wednesday- Back/Tricep
Thursday- Legs
I do the three majors which are squat/bench & deadlift. But i only lift puny weights

Alright bro not trying to bash ya but that workout routine is crap. For one your only working out 3 days a week. That scedule is not gonna make you any gains with or with out roids. Second, you need to isolate each muscle, by doing chest, shoulders and biceps. I personally would be in the gym for like 5hrs doing those three muscles. Plus your putting a lot of stress on your body by doing that. Here is an idea: do monday chest, tuesday back, wed off day, thursday shoulders, friday legs and saturday biceps and tris, sunday off day. With this workout you can focus on each muscle and really tear um up. Make sure you throw in calves and forearms in there too at least twice a week.
Another thing bro at only 175 at 6 foot, that seems a little small and your have only been lifting for a little over a year do you really think your ready? You could pry get bigger naturally if you get yourself on a good workout and diet plan. No one on here is gonna stop you from doing roids all we can do is give you adivce and hope you make the right decision.
