My Cycle [Comment]
1-12 500mg/wk of test e (inject 1 cc of test mon/thursday)
post cycle therapy (PCT) will be Nolva and Clomid 14 days after my last shot.
Day 1-14 Tamox 40MG
Day 15-21 Tamox 20MG
Day 1 Clomid 150MG
Day 2-14 Clomid 100MG
Day 15-31 Clomid 50MG
What do you guys thing? Gear is on my way. BTW what is good size or needle to be used with test E?
WIll it matter if i shoot Test E early morning or late at night? And also tabs i can pop them anytime of the day right?

Looks pretty good to me. I am currently running a test c and dbol cycle and im loving it. I use a 22 gauge inch and a half pin. Dosen't hurt at all I shoot it in my butt. You should be fine with a 22. Remember the smaller the gauge the bigger the pin. You don't plan on front loading the test e to kick start your cycle? What is your cycle experience gonna guess this is your first one right? Do you have a good diet down? If you could post your diet and workout scedule and how long you been lifting. PCT looks pretty good to me. Instead of putting 1cc next time put how many mg. As far as when to shoot the test, I shoot mine in the morning about 2 hrs before I hit the gym. But that just me, with that question all your really gonna get is opinions. Make sure your gear is legit before you start bro if your unsure put a pic in the pictures forum the guys will be able to help ya out. Anyways good luck on the cycle if you got good stuff your gonna love it.

Hi thanks alot for your advice. Front loading as in dbol to kick off? A forummer recommended this cycle as its my first cycle ever. I was gonna go with orals but thanks to the members, i was convinced to go for injectables.
So far my diet is well, i will be eating around 5-6 meals a day in between 2-3 hours plus 2-3 protein shakes in between.
About training i do
Mon- Chest/Shoulders/Bicep
Wednesday- Back/Tricep
Thursday- Legs
I do the three majors which are squat/bench & deadlift. But i only lift puny weights
My Stats:
21 Years old
175LBS
6Ft Tall
Been lifting for 1year 4months now.
I would appreciate if anyone could post up a training session for people on juice. Im sure we can push ourself more and the recovery is much faster right?

175 6' = not ready at 21 you jumpin the gun steroids are NO magic. You have NOT peaked geneticly yet. get to 200 naturaly then maybe.

Alright bro not trying to bash ya but that workout routine is crap. For one your only working out 3 days a week. That scedule is not gonna make you any gains with or with out roids. Second, you need to isolate each muscle, by doing chest, shoulders and biceps. I personally would be in the gym for like 5hrs doing those three muscles. Plus your putting a lot of stress on your body by doing that. Here is an idea: do monday chest, tuesday back, wed off day, thursday shoulders, friday legs and saturday biceps and tris, sunday off day. With this workout you can focus on each muscle and really tear um up. Make sure you throw in calves and forearms in there too at least twice a week.
Another thing bro at only 175 at 6 foot, that seems a little small and your have only been lifting for a little over a year do you really think your ready? You could pry get bigger naturally if you get yourself on a good workout and diet plan. No one on here is gonna stop you from doing roids all we can do is give you adivce and hope you make the right decision.

Thanks for the advice but i would just like to try this one cycle just for more motivation as i would really train and diet well when i am on this cycle. I woudlnt wanna waste my money when im paying a load for them. I would follow that workout plan bro, but usually how many sets you hit chest, back & arms?

If you can't get above 175lbs at 6ft, obviously its not enough.

When you're a begginer it's all about compound exercises. Isolation should only play a small role in your workout routine & come much later.
Compound exercises stimulate the most ammount of muscle fibers thus having the most drastic effect on the body.

You have about as much knowledge of working out as a 6th grader. I would love to see some of your stats bro. I bet you just get all crazy in the gym, I mean you have been doing this for year. You have all the answers bro your right and im wrong.

What i meant to say was in MY honest opinion compound exercises are what's best for putting on mass. What do i base this on?
2 things,
1. reading & research & 2. personal experience.
I took myself from 65-67 to 82 kilos naturally bro. I made deadlifts, rows, squats, chinups etc the bread & butter of my workout sessions & it paid of incredibly.
Squatting to failure gave me overall body strength & even improved my bench press.
Do i know alot about bodybuilding? Hell no! I'm a newbie & i know my place.
But i do believe there are certain things that work & certain things that don't & just because i'm a beginner i'm not just going to shut my mouth & take someone elses crap if i believe it's wrong.

Guys guys cool it, i do agree compounds like squat deadlife etc helps alot but isolation does help too. Mix em up and you got the perfect combination.

I prefer using both... clomid to bring your natural test production up quicker, and nolvadex to block estrogen from forming fat in your tits...
