I'm looking for a nice simple cycle that gains a little muscle and strength but my primary goal is losing bodyfat. I'm 32 and I've been training for 12 years. Im 5'9 and about 225 with 18% bodyfat. I follow a pretty clean diet heavy on the protein focusing on lean meats, salmon, lean turkey etc. What cycle would you recommend, as well as amounts?
