cycle options
ive been reading through all the different newb threads, trying to figure out all the different typer of cycles ect.
So heres my situation im about 5'10 130-140lbs ive been hitting the gym for about a year with little weight gain, just getting more toned. i just had a friend in the same situation do one cycle and get awesome gains. So im thinking about giving it a shot, id like to hit the 150-160 range. i believe he used sustanon and one other steroid , he said one for cutting and one for mass. Id like to do only one cycle just to give me a kick start. So im looking for opinions for the best system to go with. And as far as eating goes, weather i eat a mass amount of protein or nothing at all i can not put weight on.

sigh
at 130-140 pounds you are so far off your genetic potential it scares me.
what you need to do is concentrate on diet. there are tons of threads on how to construct a proper bulking diet.
how old are you?
what is your pct knowlege?
you're very far away from being ready for aas.

Here we go again.
Pardon my bluntness, but your diet sucks, and until you fix it you will be small.
Next?

Ive read and i expected the diet comments. so with that aside, if im going to do a cycle what will give me the most success?
im not asking about diet help here, Although i am aware it makes a huge difference in building up, its not the info im looking for.

sorry i don't mean to be ignorant, but i feel i have a decent diet, and with my situation im looking for some pointers so i dont go into this blind folded. Ive been trying to do as much research on the subject as i can, but i felt talking to users would result with the best answers. so lets say i jump into a cycle with how i am now, is it bad for the reason i wont get results or that as soon as i stop it will go away. or is it more of a health issue?
The thing is im working out with friends follwing very similar workouts, while they are gaining mass i am having troubles getting some

okay so this is the stuff im looking for
so if i do a cycle without changing anything it will just go down the drain with no results correct.
Im sure this stuff is asked a lot, is there just a thread dedicated to how much protein you should consume on daily basis, along with other dieting tips?
Im a small guy so i cant consume alot of food in a day but i do my best, if i can reach the necessary amount needed id like to do a cycle, im not looking to become a body builder or anything, it would just be nice to look healthy haha.
thanks guys

This gets asked every day, day after day, and has for years. Those that listen to us and follow these diets come back and thank us, those that ignore us and cycle come back and complain that they didn't keep any gains. You have no idea how many times we have dealt with this.
Eat like this and you will grow, follow these links:

Yup... other than water weight, and maybe a pound or two of muscle... which you can't maintain without a proper diet.
Absolutely... there is a wealth of information in our diet forum. Check out the bulking thread and "Hardgainer?" threads at the top.
I hate to be the one to burst your bubble, but your body needs an adequate amount of calories for growth regardless of if you're on steroids or not. Pretty much all steroids do is speed up protein synthesis. Imagine your body like a house. You can't build a house without enough bricks (calories) no matter how fast your workers can work (steroids).
Think about it... where do pounds of muscle come from... water? air? oil from steroids? the milligrams of powder that are in steroid oils? Does your body violate the laws of physics and create matter from nothing?
NO they come from raw materials you provide your body with, aka FOOD!!!
I can tell you with 100% confidence that your problem is simply not enough calories every day. And maybe your workouts suck too. I was a hardgainer too... until I fixed my diet. Started eating 3500-4000 calories EVERY DAY of clean foods, and guess what? I went from 135 - 185 natural, in 1 1/2 years, with a 1-2% gain in bodyfat. Thats like 4 lbs of fat and 46 lbs of muscle.Last edited by AandF6969; 03-29-2008 at 12:08 AM.
