So heres my situation im about 5'10 130-140lbs ive been hitting the gym for about a year with little weight gain, just getting more toned. i just had a friend in the same situation do one cycle and get awesome gains. So im thinking about giving it a shot, id like to hit the 150-160 range. i believe he used sustanon and one other steroid, he said one for cutting and one for mass. Id like to do only one cycle just to give me a kick start. So im looking for opinions for the best system to go with. And as far as eating goes, weather i eat a mass amount of protein or nothing at all i can not put weight on.
