need for a powerlifting cycle
im a powerlifter in the -220 lbs class & im liftiing by the westside way...i would like to try a TREN E or a TREN A Cycle + test E or Test prop...i need help to know what is the best for me...
MY GOALS: TO BE STRONGER, , TO FULL THE -220 lbs class at 10-12% body fat...SO WHAT CYCLE DO YOU SUGGEST TO ME...i can have about anything on my hands...one thing, i would like to try tren...(halotestin isn't for me)
cycled before:
1-dbol only 30 to 40 mg(6 weeks),
2-test E (10 weeks) +d-bol (4 weeks),
3-T500 (6 weeks)+anavar (6 weeks)+proviron ,
4-Anavar 40 to 50 mg (10 weeks)
weight: 215 lbs at 18% body fat
Height: 5,8"
im eating like a dump for now but, i want to gain lean mas , to cut & to don't overweight as much the -220 lbs class in powerlifting ...
DIET when i will be On-cycle: high fat, high protein & low carb to loose a lot of fat...(charles poliquin technique)
any suggestions?

get ur BF% down before cycling otherwise ur just gonna b a hippo

personally i like test, tren , d-bol stack for strength. winny will also make you strong as he11 and wont add water. you can go for a test, winny and tren stack if you want to get strong as he11 with little water and fat gain. are you trying to stay around the same weight or go up? i dont know much about power lifting except for the fact that weight dosnt matter, its all about strength

to get my bf down before the beginning of the cycle is a good idea...
i want clearer info...some people say to me to take 10 weeks of tren A + test Prop....other people say to me to take 10 week of tren E + test E....
is the same thing with less injection or there is a major difference?...
i dont want to include winstrol in my cycle...dangerous for elbow, wrist, shoulder & knees injury in powerlifting...

Well as far as BF, I would just worry about having you diet CLEAN atleast 4 weeks prior to cycle. As far powerlifting, most guys feel stronger at a higher % bf (not to high). As far as compounds I would run short esters if you can handle the injects, prop/tren is a great duo. Do you plan on running this all the way into the event? Also 10 weeks of tren is pushing it, I myself wouldnt run it that long. Hit up the power lifting forum, DocSust is the man to speak with.
