Converting mgs to ml or cc's?
I'm going to be doing my first cycle and was going to do one of the novice ones posted on this site but it says do 400 mgs test a week but Im curious how that works out to mls. I also have a question about injecting sustanon 250. I keep reading that you have to inject more frequently like once every 3 days? Does this have to be strictly adhered to or can I do once a week. Will it hamper my gains? Thanks for any feedback and I apologize ahead of time if these questions have been asked before.

this is copied and pasted from a post I answered about 5 minutes ago:
the gear will be labeled with the concentration, for instance 200mg/ml, or 250mg/ml, etc.
1ml = 1cc
therefore if the gear was 250mg/ml, 1cc of gear in the syringe would contain 250mg of that compound.
as for sust, I shoot it every other day for more stable levels and less sides (acne, etc.)
What are your stats?

Thanks Big, My stats are as follows
28 yo
167 lbs
5' 8"
Body fat % im not quite sure but i'm thinking around 12%
Ive been working out since I was 17, some years have been better than others for consistency so my size has gone up and down sometimes from 150 lbs to 180. I decided to do a cycle because usually the best way for me to gain size is to just eat everything in sight but that would cause an accumulation in fat so now I want to eat more clean and have a bit of help from a cycle as well.
I was thinking of going with Themudmans sticky for PCT, Novaldex and L-dex Im unsure of when to start it after my last sust injection though.
I also have to ask if im injecting sust every other day..how much should I inject? Not like 400 mgs each time I hope? that would be costly I'm thinking. Do you divide the dosage throughout the weeks. How much should you take per week?

Hmm when I was eating a ton I never really counted calories. But they were definitely not clean. I am think around 4000 calories a day. I would eat this huge conglomeration of eggs and hash browns with cheese melted on top and ground beef mixed in the morning then I would eat peanut butter sandwich after pb sandwich between main meals. Then for lunch I would have 2 cans of tuna in a casserole with cheese melted on top . Then for supper some sort of huge plate of meat sauce and spaghetti or mashed potatoes and meat etc. and then 2 protein shakes throughout the day. I read somewhere that when you eat that many calories it acts as a natural steroid and boy did it ever give me pumps in the gym. But after a while that kinda eating takes a toll on the belly.
Oh and as for now Im eating clean so 6 egg whites in the morning with oatmeal. Then an N-large protein shake between breakfast and lunch. Then a tuna or chicken wrap for lunch then another shake and for supper lean beef or chicken/vegetables/ rice or potato. I hate counting calories so thats why I used to just eat everything in sight lol.Last edited by Twindragon; 03-29-2008 at 12:12 AM.

Dude if you can't get bigger than 167 lbs there are SERIOUS problems with your training and/or your diet.
