Test. Enanthate

Okay so I just got 250ml of test enanthate and injected on thursday.So far i don't feel the effects of it at all (which is normal i think for the most part since it takes atleast 7 days to get in your system) BUT i have ZERO pain at the injection site which is very unusual for me. Haven't done a cycle in quite some time and the last time i did a cycle my ass hurt for days..So is this normal or should i be worried about fake gear?? any help would be appreciated.

I usually don't feel the effects of test e until around week 4 or 5.

Are u worried cause u usually have pain and u dont?? A good clean test e should be painless bro..Dont worry about it yet early on there really isnt much u can go on with a long ester...My sex drive may increase after a week or so but as big said 4-5 is common 5-8 in sum cases... Dont sweat it...
