Good question. I would take it at the opp end of the day, you don't need that much stress on the liver at once, imo.

There is no time prescription relative to lifting. However, because of their half-lives, there is a timing requirement which you appear to be aware of. They SHOULD ALWAYS be taken at least twice daily 8-12 hrs apart. And though caps are rarer, your statement that they cannot be split is inaccurate. Firstly, you could be taking a higher dosage, thus consuming one cap early and one late. Secondly, and apparently more conducive to your cycle demands, caps can be divided. Simply purchase some empty caps from your local health food store and split the dosage.
