Letro question

is Letro an effective ai to use while on cycle or for pct...or is it too strong for that purpose and should only be used for gyno reversal??...also have read that it takes a while till letro kicks in so would that also make it a poor choice as an ai especially on cycle?

Letro is very strong, but can be manipulated via dosage and timing (ED, EOD, E2D, etc.), so it depends on how you take it.

"Kick-in" is often a misnomer in that drugs begin working when they reach the active site which doesn't take long. What you're referring to is blood plasma stabilization, which accumulates over time. Letro's, if I recall is about a week, but check that if you want certainty.

Lastly, because of its potency, sides, and ability to hinder cycle gains, when compared to the minor needs for fighting estrogenic sides (except gyno); Letro shouldn't be the first choice.

hey magic Ive read in another thread that u posted in that adex would be of no help in terms of gyno related problems....so would aromasin be the best choice as an on cycle ai for someone who is gyno prone...such as myself

Well it's not quite an either or proposition with these two.
Surprisingly, not a lot of people seem to know this, but both Letro and Mase are about even strength-wise, e.g. in their ability to reduce estrogen. Mase exhibits plasma estrogen suppression:

“Plasma estrogen (estradiol, estrone, and estrone sulfate)seen starting at a 5-mg daily dose of exemestane, with a maximum suppression of at least 85% to 95% achieved at a 25-mg dose.”

And at a percentage highly commensurate with Letro’s rapid dose dependent suppression rate…

This also explains why neither is recommended during cycle unless gyno appears, and why most users prefer to wait post-cycle.

Magic...ok ur great with the pct and on gyno issues...so here is my problem and I have posted several threads regarding this and have gotten some good advice just not answered everything. I just got 3 bottles of letro cuz I was getting gyno problems and the adex wasnt working...so I want to know if I should also get aromasin for future cycles...I still have 1/2 bottle of adex but since it didnt help with the gyno I dont think I should get anymore of it

some people do use letro in pct i have before it will raise LH and FSH which signals the testes to produce more testosterone.I prefer nolvadex.I like letro i take half a mg. every 3 to 4 days during cycle and never had any problems.

I have nolva/clomid for pct was thinking of using the letro as an ai in my pct

Stick w/Letro, and start it about a week before as well as throughout your cycle. You'll have to research and experiment with the dosage, but be sure to read this blast from the past:
