    pain in my a..

    I just did my second injection of test e and it didnt burn nearly as bad as first but i keep getting a knot at injection site the last took 8 days to go away i am only hitting 250 at a time but want to get 500 a week i dont think my glutes can handle it any advice would b appriciated

    rotate injection sites, and shoot slowly.

    Also make sure your needle is going straight in and then out - no moving it around or it can tear muscle.

    I am rotating cheek to cheek. afraid to go anywhere else to much tenderness and knotting. could i have bunk gear. and i am reserving my delts for eq. no problem there

    i doubt you have bunk gear, you just need to get used to injecting and keep a proper technique

    Click on "user CP" when you log in. There will be an option for edit profile.
