Trying to lose BF while gaining muscle!
Hey guys! i'm new here on Steroids .com, and i honestly don't have much knowledge on AS.
i'm 19 yrs old, 5'7, 200lbs
i play rugby everyday so i'm always running, every night i go to the gym and workout a different muscle as well as another 30 minutes of cardio.
i drink no soda, eat no junk food, much protein, and little unhealthy carbs.
My problem is i cant get rid of my gut! that, and i feel i am still not gaining much noticeable muscle mass! i consume about 50 grams of whey protein after each workout and try not to eat anything 5 hours before bed.
Any suggestions on supplements that may help me lose bf while gaining some mean muscle mass. I'de love to get big but i'm afraid i will never lose my stubborn belly fat!

Mate......your too young to use steroids at the moment - at your age your natural testosterone levels are very high and you can make great gains naturally.
Getting rid of you "gut" is related mainly to diet and cardio. I would suggest you read through the diet section and start incorporating morning cardio to your workouts.
Regarding supplements....... the only thing you need right now is protein and you could also consider an over-the-counter fat burner. (Eg. Hydroxycut, Xenadrine, etc)

Yeah you need to cut the calories down a bit and you'll get your body fat down.

i agree with repo, the diet forum has a lot of good info on that matter, its has helped me greatly with what to do and understanding how the process works

diet diet diet !!!! There really isnt a diet pill in aas that you are looking for. if you want to gain size be sure to get plenty of rest. looking what you said dont over train or you will not get the size you want. add 2-21/2 grams of protien per body pound of good quality protien.
i have seen marathon runners that have been running for a couple of years and never lost the body fat because they didnt have a handle on there diet. In my opnion you are to young for aas. but if your are determined to do it. study study study and then when you think you know enough to do it you dont. study some more. Dont be pissed at me Im trying to help you.

i actually didnt see him say he wanted to use aas.. i think hes just looking for general advice on how to do it.. and the guys above me pretty much hit it.. diet man and cardio.. if it cant do it. then nothing will besides lipo.. but thats the ****** way of doing it!

unless you're obese or a beginner to resistance training , you cannot gain muscle while losing fat simultaneously naturally. To put on weight you must eat more than you burn and to lose weight you must burn more than you eat, so you can only do one at a time. So decide whether you like your size now and just lose fat , or get bigger first then lose the excess fat.
