Hey guys! i'm new here on Steroids.com, and i honestly don't have much knowledge on AS.
i'm 19 yrs old, 5'7, 200lbs
i play rugby everyday so i'm always running, every night i go to the gym and workout a different muscle as well as another 30 minutes of cardio.
i drink no soda, eat no junk food, much protein, and little unhealthy carbs.
My problem is i cant get rid of my gut! that, and i feel i am still not gaining much noticeable muscle mass! i consume about 50 grams of whey protein after each workout and try not to eat anything 5 hours before bed.
Any suggestions on supplements that may help me lose bf while gaining some mean muscle mass. I'de love to get big but i'm afraid i will never lose my stubborn belly fat!
