Ok here is the deal. I am 21yrs old 6'3" 223lb with 16% body fat. I train hard everyday but am not really seeing the gains i want to. My diet is very good in fact since november i have dropped from 260lb to wear i am at now. I was thinking of doing a cycle to trim up and hopefully with good diet get my bodyfat under 10% while gaining muscle,. What do yall think might work. I am think of doing a cycle of test with winny. This would be my first cycle. Please any help would be greatly appreciated thank you!
