2nd Cycle...comments please

Hey guys, Im planning on my 2nd cycle and just wanted to run it past you guys and get some feedback. I was 195ish lbs 10%bf 6' foot tall and 228lbs little bit higher bf like 12%ish was my max weight during cycle.... the cycle was March '07 to June '07 with pct and was:

Test E@500mg 10weeks
Dbol pyramid from 30-50mg weeks 1-4

Pct was Nolva/Hcg /provirion for 4 weeks

I gained a total off roughly 30 pounds, lost about 10 (lots of water)

I took off from the gym the past 3 months cause of work/school/girlfriend and loss of ambition...totally sucked going to gym after the cycle...

Well now im planning cycle 2:
Eq @600mg week 1-12weeks
Sust @500-750mg week 1-14weeks

Pct Nolva/Hcg/ and some kind of test booster

I think its a long cycle but would have real good gains, this is only a rough plan i might go 10 weeks eq and 12 sust, but many peeps say eq kicks in late (week6-8)...What you guys think? 400mg Eq and 500mg Sust safer?

I would bump up the EQ to 800mg,its mild and safe,best results are around this dose,with the test I would change it to E,this means you only need to inject twice per week.I would stick with 500mg with test.

Thanx for the advice. I never heard of 800mgs of Eq....and i already got the sust on its way....

so why ask questions if your minds already made up about what your taking? or you just asking on the dosage ammount. Some people love sust some hate it. To me it just does not make sence to take 4 different tests at once. If you never read this here yea go its a good read at least. http://forums.steroid.com/showthread.php?t=524 As for the EQ 800is not unheard of, thats what i will be doing on my next cycle (dosage). I have done 600mg in the past and would like to see what 800 would do.

How many weeks did you take the Eq@600mg? How do you feel about those results? I just posted to have some feedback on the cycle. I am set on the sust but not set on the Eq dosage and length , if i was set on the cycle i posted i would not have posted it for feedback.
