    Talking New To The Board!

    Hey guys i Just wanted to introduce my self to the board.
    Im a young guy 19 , been training for 6 yrs but have only realised the importance of nutrition for 2 or so , so thats when the gains began , i am from australia and natural for the time being.
    I am planning to compete in a NABBA or IFBB state comp in october of 2003 and want to be in great condition .....

    So thats me ....... nice to join the board theres been some intresting posts
