finally made up my mind and got the cycle down pat.. i think.
test c 500mg/wk 14wks .. deca 400mg/wk 12wks
now my ? is do the half-lives match up so that i can inject 2x a week at the same time? i kno with test e i would inject every 3.5 days but a friend of mine said i should inject every 4 days with both in the same shot.

both can be injected twice a week in the same syringe.
what you got in mind for a PCT ?

You only need to shoot test e and c once a week. It is better to do twice a week (mon and thurs etc)

i have letro, clomid, and nolva.. havent put it together yet. any suggestions?

clomid = acne! Letro isn't needed unless gyno appears. Novla is good and well as adex.

days1-15 100mg clomid + 20mgs nolva
day16-30 50mg clomid + 20mgs nolva

1X, 2X or 3X you will not notice much of a dif. I go 2X per week 250 X 2......
