whats up fellas? quick new guy question. have 2 bottles 10ml. of sust.325 and 1 bottle of eq. 200 10ml. iam 5ft7in. 170lb 10%bf. 29inch waist48inch chest advice on how to run this would be much appreciated. oh yeah tis is my third cycle if that helps.
