1st cycle.... ideas?

i might do a cycle real soon but i wana make sure i have everything on hand and cleared. i wana do basically a cutting cycle.
am 25,6years of consistent training, 13%bf now(used to be 8%) in summer.
how does it look?

weeks 1-12 test E or P?? 300-400mg (twice/week 200mg)
weeks 1-4 Dbol 30mg per day
weeks 6-12 Winstrol 30mg per day

PCT will be: week 14 to 18 nolva 20/20/20/20 or 40/40/20/20
Proviron will be used ED but still i dunno what dose should i take to minimize the bloat and keel the gyno and test hypertrophy away.
any ideas? should i include clomid? or anything else to my cycle.

i am 186cms, 90kgs now(had a cheat meal yesterday lol) but usually am 87kgs.
so test propionate it is, but am trying to get the least shots i can, ED would suck:S cant i have it 200mgs/twice per week?

if ur worried about frequent shots then stick wit test e. thats my suggestion. inject twice a week. and i would also take the winny out of ur cycle. for ur pct i would run a serm and an ai of ur choice. nolva and aromasin maybe, or clomid and aromasin

Cutting or bulking depends firstly on your diet.
For less frequent injections stick with Test E, shot 250mg twice a week.
I would drop the Dbol and opt for the Winny weeks 7-12 at 50mg/day, make sure to follow a strict diet so you'll come pretty lean before take Winny.
Soccer's PCT idea is fine.

Just another add. If you drop Dbol so have nothing that kicks before Test, frontload the test the first week with 500mg twice.
I suggest to drop Dbol because your liver will be stressed too much using Winny too, after it. Otherwise, if you wanna keep Dbol, so drop the Winstrol.

Id rather drop the Dbol and keep the winny. then i ll front load the first week with 1000mgs of test E. and the last 5 weeks ill be adding winny at 50mg/day.
now for the rest of the stuff: proviron? can u use it ED to prevent gyno, am really scared of this stuff gyno, so what's the best way not to get it? and at what dose?
pct will be done 2weeks after my last injection, but i dont have access exept to clomid and nolvadex, plus my trainer in here said he will give me something that is called pregnyl, anyone knows whats that?

As for the diet its in check, i know its mainly diet but this time i wanted an extra push so that's why am considering a cycle

If you get gyno symptoms, like nipple soreness, take a 25mg tab ED, but since you have no 19-nors in your cycle, a 20mg tab of nolvadex ED should be better to avoid gyno, so you could keep your prov for PCT.
Pregnyl is HCG, though you'll be fine with clomid and nolva themselves.

i think i will be doing this:
testo P or E (400mg/week)(if test E i will frontload with 1000mg first week) week 1 to 12 and winstrol week 6 to 12 50mg ed or eod
proviron ed. ill keep nolva and clomid for my pct.
i ll get some milk thistle and essential forte (dunno if this is the name) for liver protection.
