the anti-e's are very good at getting rid of excess water weight but it takes a little while. The anti-estrogens block the formation of estrogen from testosterone, the decrease in estrogen results in less salt retention which then in turn means less water weight. For a super fast way to rid yourself of water is diuretics however be very careful because of the side effects of diuretics like a depletion of sodium, folic acid and calcium, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, headache, dizziness, fatigue, and dry mouth. and more serious side effects like heart palpitations, tingling/numbness, fever, chills, sore throat, rash, and back pain. Some diuretics can also cause kidney stones through direct crystallization or by seeding calcium oxalate stones.

One of the favorite is Lasix(last for 6 hours, thats how it got it's name, it last for six hours, get it lasix), known as a loop diuretic it inhibits the Na-K-2Cl symporter. That is probably what your looking for.

Great info^^^Just to add my two cents on this matter....although very effective when used properly this drug is not for beginners. F**k up with this one, and youll wake up in the hospital. Its no joke, ive seen it happen....

I use the term anti-e's to refer to AIs. I think it is misleading to refer to SERMs as anti-estrogens since they are not anti-estrogens. In fact SERMs are estrogens, synthetic estrogens that bind to estrogen receptors. They just turn some receptors on and others like the ones in the breast tissue they "turn off" i.e. they bind to them with out activating it and block other estrogens from binding. They(SERMs) will activate other estrogen receptors though.

YES!!! Very true, be very careful, in fact you'd be better off not doing it in my opinion.

i see i guess i just looked at it a bit differently... in a way i though a serm as an anit e even though in fact it is estrogen but in a way binding to certain receptors turning them off. see thats how i thought of it..but ur way is easier to see i guess..

I wrestle, on the heavier side of the scale, but if you wanna lose like 7-8 pounds just do it the old fashioned way and put on like 2 pairs of sweats and do cardio. Get a good sweat going and when your doing pull your hood over your face and pull it tight. It sounds funny, but it works. Someone on my team would drop from 130 to 121 every week. Especially the day before don't drink a lot of water. If you get thirsty suck on some ice cubes.

when i was on eq, my hunger went through the roof, i found that i wasn't able to cut cause i couldn't control calories. maybe switch out the eq, for tren ace, it will give you the strength but not the appetite
