Where should I start?
Hello everyone,
I am 19 and about 6'2" at 152lbs. I worked out for a solid 6 months about a year ago but have been very on/off for the past 6 months because of my gym's horrable hours. I gained about 10-15 lbs but lost it once I stopped for a few weeks.
Long story short, I'm at a new gym and would like a fresh start. I'm very lean and get toned very easily and build quickly. However, I'd like to try steriods but I'm lost on where to start. What would you recomend? I will be going at least 5 days a week for the next 6 months as well as taking the usual protien shake.

start with a good diet as you have lots of natty st in your body at your age and useing steroids no is not a good idea.
start by looking at your diet it will be very east for you to bulk with a good bulking diet..

my recommendation is diet , 6'2 only 152lbs ?
also what are you goign to be doign after the 6 months? stop again?

19 is too young. Wait 4+ years and then consider steroids .
Even if you were old enough, 6 months isn't enough time in the gym to reach your natural potential. And "the usual protein shake" isn't a sufficient diet, either.
You've got alot of research ahead of you before you should even consider something like steroids....

Dude your 19, trust me because I was you once. Wait till your body's own test production starts going down before you start pinning. You dont need roids at 19. Get on a high protein diet, load up on creatine, glutamine, and amino acids and your gains will be insane. Eat like a facking madman.

lol, gotcha, gotcha, I was just seeing where to start. I have been starting to watch what I eat more now. What are things to look for (the good and bad) when picking up food? I see you mentioned creatine, glutamine, and amino acids. Is there anything else?
I'll talk with a few friends that are very into training but I want to get started with a good diet and workout routine.

you can gain 50 - 60 lbs before you need juice. I am 6'2'' 235 12bf

You need to eat like a horse if you want to get big or bigger 175 for your height is slim. You need to be lifting 3 to 4 times hard per week and eating 4,000 – 5,000 cal per day of good lean high protean rich food. Do that for a year and you will think you are on steroids .
