Ok, my buddy wants to run his first cycle. Hes set on running 200-300mg of test/wk and thats it. I told him that he needs to run 400-500mg/wk for much benefit, but I don't think he believes me since I'm not huge. I told him that I have never seen a lesser dosage suggested from anybody credible on the boards. To tell you the truth, though, I don't know exactly why you need to run more. What is the reason?
