to all im new to the forum would just like to say quick hello and what an awesome web site am quite new to the whole internet thing,no i havent lived in a cave for the last 15 yrs just dont really get on with computers.

I am from the uk 29 yrs of age i am ex forces have been training for years and i have just turned over to the dark side a week ago. first cycle...12 weeks as follows 250mg Omnadren , 100mg deca every 84 hrs , 25mg proviron ed, also have nolva for after cycle that maybe not quite ideal but its all i could obtain.

I am eating 6 meals a day mainly chicken,tuna,pasta,eggs whole and whites only, suplementing with L- Glutamine, cod liver, desiccated liver, multi vit, zma. also consuming ground flaxseed on all food and in shakes.

I am blending 6 egg whites, porridge oats, flaxseed, whey protein with 1.5 litre of whole milk as my shakes divided into three for the day.

If anyone has any advice or thinks im doing anything wrong please let me know.
