Definitely oral, drink it with juice if you want, I just pop it, I don't think it tastes that bad.

Of course everything we discuss here is theoretical, and of course if it says it's not for human consumption, you have to decide for yourself if you would take it. But I wouldn't worry, except for the third nipple I had no problems!

oral syringe or an insulin syringe with the needle snapped off will give you a very accurate dose.

a normal 2 or 3ml syringe will also do the job..

and like what was said b4, is sold for research and not human consumption... but if you mix up you lab rats dose of letro and your dose of liquid vitamins thats down to you... (read between the lines!)
