    Question another newb with questions bout test-e

    first off i just recently got bak to workin out bout 7 months ago and glad i did , i just feel better all round.anyway the stuff i have is test-c 200 ml bottles ,i got the rite rigs for glute injects , the amounts i have to take startin my very first cycle ,which i found on here by the way, all have the doses in mg's . my rigs are 3ml's how does that convert ? and second im a little paranoid bout takin that much to start my first cycle "ever" my biggest concern are the sides. so if i only did say 200-250 a week to kinda ease in to it just to see how the sides affect me if any at all, i know it wouldnt benefit as much but still there would be some payoff to that minimal at best wouldnt there? this is a great site i got alot of answers from it glad its here ,and thanx for any and all replys much appreciated.

    33 yr old 6ft 2in 236 and until 7 months ago hadnt worked out since high school football life called and had to go to work unfortunatly i chose truck driving and when u hold a steering wheel for a livin u tend to fattin up because of my age is why my concerns

    what if you BF? I would tell you to stay in the gym a little longer than a few months before starting a cycle. If you have not worked out in that long you could lower your BF and out on some muscle on your one first. I would also get the diet in check too. IMO - stay in the gym a little longer before running a cycle.

    thanx man i have been workin on the diet though i was 280 before startin up again im probly not dietin the rite way ive just been cuttin bak on thing till i cut them out compleatly u know its just hard for me to quit these bad eating habbits all at once but i knocked out all the pepsi man its gone that alone made me feel alot better. its been slow so far but its worth it man i lose more ever week and thanx again

    It is up to you in the end man. If you went on now you would get some gains but if you are eating not great then you will deff put on fat also. I try to stay under 15% bf when I start test. Just me....good luck

    yea i know man i got to
    to hurry up and get that diet in check man ur are absolutly rite on that one. see man i slip up on the weekend doin the family thing u know they want to go out for pizza or whatever and i try to tank up on the salad bar that way i just eat apiece or two no 8-10 u know

    I give myself a day to cheat on the weekend. I have a family too and its just not realistic for me to stay on point with diet 100%.
    Another thing, I am 11% right now and I dont think it will effect you if you give yourself a day to eat what you want. BUT and its a big BUT you cant do this more than 1 day per week at the most.

    Bakinblak, Keep your diet in check and just like im said it is also important to cheat one day of the week.

    alrite cool thanx alot for info everybody did anybody know bout the mg to ml conversion though and also when is best to do the shot before or after workout, or say before or after morning jog i just dont know!!! but i think i might hold off nuther month or so to get diet in check first , i mean if thats the more sensable thing to do

    there's no mg to ml conversion. the conversion of ml to cc is 1ml=1cc.
    the origional post said you have 200ml of test. did you mean your test is 200mg/ml?

    Well not everything has the same ratio as far as mg per mL, but I would say the most common is 250 mg per mL. You should still check though.

    yea i looked again that is what it says 200mg/ml so be same thing rite

    same thing as 250mg/ml? no you have 50mg/ml less. how many cc's do you have?

    well i have no idea man thats all it says on the vial 200mg/mL it dont give a cc measurement nuthin i have does my rigs only have mL on them not cc or mg or anything else. the only reason i was even wondering bout this was because of the 400-500"mg" a week for the cycle thats recommended i only have "mL" gear thus the question on the conversion

    It is more than likely a 10ml vial. That means if you want 500mg per week and the concentration is 200mg/ml then you should inject 1.25ml twice per week.
    This means a 10ml vial will last you 8 weeks. If you front load then it will last 5 weeks.

    ok cool thats what i was wondering. when is best though before the workout that day or after or sumtime before or after mornin cardio? i said i was new to all this man i kinda need a map for sum of it ya know thanks for the help i couldnt find this stuff in the newbie section or just overlooked it one thanx again man

    imo with test e it doesnt matter if its before or after workout. I inject Sunday evening and Thurs morning. Just dont forget to massage the injection spot for a couple of minutes after you inj.
