21 6'0 185 lbs . I have a vial of Test400 and my cycle plans are:

Weeks 1-10 400 mg/week Test
Weeks 1-5 50mg/day Dbol

I have heard that dbol is supposed to "kickstart a cycle" so i am guessing is should only use it in the beginning?

How is your bf% mate?
Is this your first cycle?
Test 400 is a blend of esters, so you'd have to inject it EOD to maitain stable blood levels.
50mg of Dbol, if you've never used it, is a bit too much. I'd go with 35/40mg per day.
Dbol is mostly used to kickstart a cycle, yes, this means that you use it if you don't wanna wait for the test to kick. Otherwise it can be used also when test starts to kick, to have a further amount of anabolics in those weeks. Yours the choice.

This is my second cycle. my last was Test-e 300/week 10 wks
I really wanted to get Test -P because i got a bit of water weight in my face from test E due to its long ester. so that means if im inj Test400 every day its a relatively short ester? (i know its a combo of all 3)

Yes EOD= Every Other Day.
The short ester in your blend will kick before others, that's why you need to inject EOD to let it be steady active. EOD will be enough, no need to inj ED.
